Behind the design

The artwork features a bold title reading Axolotls of the World positioned above a three-by-three grid of cartoon water dragons. The top row includes a pink axolotl holding a cup of bubble tea labeled Bobalotl, a blue one wearing headphones and holding a controller named Gamesolotl, and another pink one eating a taco called Tacolotl. The middle row displays a blue axolotl striking a pose known as Dabolotl, a bespectacled pink one reading a book titled Readsolotl, and a chef-hatted axolotl holding a pan identified as Chefolotl. The bottom section features an orange axolotl eating noodles from a bowl named Snaxolotl, a pink one lifting a barbell with a Strong Slimy top called Liftolotl, and a pink artist holding a palette labeled Artolotl. White decorative bubbles float around the main text, tying the diverse activities into a cohesive celebration of aquatic life.
