Terms of Service

We sell printed blankets (100% polyester flannel fleece, optional sherpa back; 50 × 60 in or 60 × 80 in). Product images are digital mockups; colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed blanket.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order applies to that order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error — and will refund any payment in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping & Payment and Returns & Refund Policy pages, which are part of these terms.

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, try to disrupt it, or copy or resell its content without our written permission. Designs, images and texts on the site may not be reproduced.

If you believe a design on our site infringes your copyright or trademark, email contact@snugsay.com with a description of the work, the page where it appears and your contact details. We review every notice and remove infringing items.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SnugSay is registered.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
