Returns & Refund Policy

You can return your blanket within 30 days after delivery. The blanket should be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. Because every blanket is printed just for you, return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you; we refund the item price.

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective or with a print error, email contact@snugsay.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund — you do not need to send the item back.

1. Email contact@snugsay.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the blanket and send it with a trackable shipping method.

Returns go to: 8 Main St, Ludlow, VT 05149, United States. Damaged, defective or misprinted items never need to be sent back.

Once your return arrives we check it and email you. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. The original $4.95 shipping fee is refunded for damaged, defective or misprinted items.

Want a different design instead? Email us — we will arrange the return and you can place a new order.

You can cancel an order free of charge until it goes into production. Email contact@snugsay.com with your order number; cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method.
