Baseball Bats and Balls Blanket: Patchwork Design for Fans

Baseball Bats and Balls Blanket shows a patchwork of gear and the phrase MORE THAN BASEBALL SPORT. The design celebrates the equipment and action of the game with vintage-style graphics. It speaks to anyone who understands that the sport is more than just playing. This throw was made for dedicated fans who live for the season.

Behind the design

A grid of alternating squares creates a structured backdrop for various baseball elements. One block features a large, detailed leather glove centered over the word BASEBALL in bold, dark lettering. Another square displays five wooden bats lined up vertically against a clean background. Striped panels show a batter mid-swing in silhouette, while others are covered in a repeating pattern of small white balls on navy blue. The phrase MORE THAN BASEBALL SPORT wraps around a graphic of crossed bats and a stitched ball on cream-colored patches. This collection of imagery mimics the look of a traditional quilt or scrapbook dedicated to the diamond.

Who gets the joke

Players and parents recognize this immediately as a tribute to the grind of practice and games. A teenager wrapping up in this during a late-night study session feels the support of their team. It serves as a cozy reminder that dedication matters as much as the score. Friends who share this passion make the perfect gift recipients for birthdays or holidays.
