Beach Turtle Blanket With Faith Verses for Every Heart

Beach Turtle Blanket shows six sea turtles walking across the sand beneath the words God says you are, and each turtle carries a single quality with its Bible reference. The words are easy to read at a glance, so the message greets you the moment you unfold it. It is made for anyone who finds comfort in scripture and feels at home near the water.

The print at a glance

The center of the blanket holds the phrase God says you are in flowing script, written across a band of pale sand and foam. Below it, six turtles stand in a row, each with its own word: Unique, Special, Lovely, Precious, Strong and Chosen. Each word sits above a small reference line, so the verses are part of the picture rather than a footnote. The turtles alternate between blue and brown shells, and their soft shading makes each one look settled in the sand.

The border around the center is made of smaller scenes. At the top, a palm tree leans over a calm shore while two small turtles head toward the water. Beside it, a large sea turtle swims past a lighthouse, with gulls circling above. On the right, a group of baby turtles climbs over the wet sand at the edge of a wave. Along the bottom, a green sea turtle glides past a starfish, another turtle rests in the sand, and a pair of flip-flops sits among plumeria blossoms and shells. Together the scenes tell a short story of the beach from morning to evening, and the turquoise waves framing each panel tie the whole design together.

Who it is for

The first thing most people notice is the phrase God says you are, followed closely by the row of turtles and their names. Someone who reads scripture regularly will recognize the verse references and enjoy finding each one. A person who simply loves the ocean will be drawn to the palm trees, the lighthouse and the flip-flops. This blanket works well for a grandmother who keeps a seashell on her windowsill, a teenager who spends summers at the lake, or a friend who needs a reminder of their worth on a hard week. Picking it up for a quiet afternoon on the couch lets the words sink in slowly.

Occasions to use it

A baptism, a graduation or a baby shower are all good moments to give this blanket, because the message of worth and belonging fits each one naturally. It also works as a housewarming gift for someone who loves the beach or as a comfort gift after a hard season. At home, try it on a chilly evening with a cup of tea, or drape it over a reading chair so the turtles are the first thing you see in the morning. Available as a fleece throw, sherpa throw, fleece blanket or sherpa blanket, it can match the way the person you are giving it to likes to get cozy.
