What the design tells

Santa faces sit on top of swirled scoops, each one tucked into a golden waffle cone. Some wear red hats with white trim, and a few hold candy canes that look just like the ones from a winter treat counter. Between the cones you will find small green Christmas trees, holly sprigs and white snowflakes and stars, all set against a soft pink background. The lettering is absent, so the story comes entirely from the characters and their sweet setting. Each cone is drawn with a playful expression, which gives the whole print a friendly, almost mischievous feel. Look closely and the scoops, cones and trees repeat in a rhythm that makes the design feel like a dessert parlor decorated for the holidays.

People who will use it

Dessert lovers, bakers and anyone who treats December like a sugar-filled season will notice the ice cream Santas first. You might spot them on a couch during a holiday movie marathon, where the pink print makes an easy backdrop for cocoa and cookies. Families who host cookie-decorating afternoons will enjoy draping this Christmas Ice Cream Blanket over a chair while the kids decorate gingerbread. It also works well in a guest room, where a visitor will find a cheerful spot to curl up after a long day of shopping.

A small gift idea

This blanket makes a thoughtful gift for a friend who turns every winter gathering into a dessert party. Wrap it up with a box of peppermint bark or a few candy canes for a sweet bundle. It also fits well into a stocking for a niece or nephew who loves bright colors and tiny holiday details. Presenting it on a snowy evening, with a mug of cocoa beside it, gives the gift a cozy finish that feels just right for the season.
