Cockatiel Birds on Branch Blanket featuring watercolor parrots perched

Cockatiel Birds on Branch Blanket features a watercolor illustration of multiple parrots perched on wood. The central pair nuzzles while surrounding birds sing with open beaks against soft blue swirls. This design celebrates the social nature of these pets and brings a flock to your living space.

The design in detail

A horizontal brown branch anchors the composition, supporting a diverse group of cockatiels rendered in a soft watercolor style. In the center, a light yellow and white bird rests its head gently against a dark grey companion, creating a focal point of affection. Surrounding this couple are various other individuals displaying different color mutations, including rufous, lutino, and albino variations. Several birds have their beaks wide open, suggesting they are whistling or calling out to one another. The background consists of pale blue and white washes that mimic a bright sky or airy enclosure. This arrangement highlights the communal roosting habits and expressive vocalizations characteristic of these popular pet parrots.

When it gets used

Bird enthusiasts will immediately notice the accurate depiction of crest positioning and cheek patches unique to each mutation. You might wrap yourself in this Cockatiel Birds on Branch Blanket during a quiet evening reading session or while watching your own pets interact nearby. It serves as a comforting visual reminder of the flock you keep at home. This makes it an ideal present for someone celebrating a new feathered friend or honoring years of avian care.
