Colorful Cat Blanket: A Wall of Bright Kitty Faces

Colorful Cat Blanket puts a crowd of cats in front of you, each one with wide amber or green eyes, in teal, orange, pink and violet. Nothing is printed on it, so the cats do all the talking. It is made for anyone whose home already has a cat staring at them from the sofa.

Note: the pillow shown in the photo are for styling only and not included.

A closer look at the print

The design is packed edge to edge with cat faces, so no part of the blanket is empty. Some faces are teal with soft, feathery fur, while others are orange, rust or deep charcoal. The eyes are the brightest parts, glowing amber and green against the dark background, and they look straight out at you. Whiskers spread across the cheeks, and the fur is drawn in strong, painted strokes. The mix of shapes gives the impression of a crowd that has gathered to see who just walked in. Some cats peek from behind others, while a few pink-faced ones sit near the bottom edge. The overall effect is busy and cheerful, the way a room full of pets feels after dinner.

Who will love it

Cat owners usually notice the variety first, because every face looks like a different personality. You will see a shy one tucked in the corner, a bold orange one in the front, and a sleepy charcoal one watching from the bottom. The blanket fits a home where several cats share the sofa, or where one cat refuses to leave the couch. Anyone who has tried to photograph a cat and gotten a blurry tail instead will appreciate a design where every cat faces the camera. It also suits a person who simply loves bright color and needs a little more of it on their days off.

Occasions and picks

This blanket is a natural pick for a cat lover's birthday, a housewarming for a new apartment with pets, or a holiday gift for someone who talks about their cat more than anything else. It also works for a quiet movie night, when you want something lively on your lap while the lights are low. Pick the Fleece Throw Blanket or Sherpa Throw Blanket for a larger wrap, or the Fleece Blanket or Sherpa Blanket for a smaller one.
