Dog Lover Christmas Blanket with Festive Pups in Scarves and Hats

Dog Lover Christmas Blanket fills the whole throw with dogs in holiday gear. A black Lab trots in a green plaid scarf, a gray pup in a Santa hat sits near a stack of gifts, and a bulldog wears a red knit wrap. Nothing is printed in words, so the joy comes from the dogs themselves.

Behind the design

The artwork scatters many breeds across a white background. A German Shepherd lies down near a string of lights, a Dalmatian wears a small holly sprig, and a Basset Hound sports a green Santa hat. A poodle wears a red tartan scarf and a Chihuahua has a bow tie. Pine trees, snowflakes, pinecones and little wrapped presents sit between the dogs, giving the print a festive, hand-painted feel. Every dog looks like it has been dressed by someone who loves it, and the mix of sizes and coats makes the layout feel busy but calm.

Who gets the joke

This blanket is for people who talk to their dogs like coworkers and who keep a photo of their pup in every holiday card. A dog mom who has dressed her Golden Retriever in a plaid scarf for years will see her own habits in the print. A family with three dogs of different breeds will spot familiar shapes and sizes. Even someone who has never owned a dog will smile at the Samoyed draped in string lights and the Dachshund in an ornament ball. You do not need a particular breed to belong here; you only need to enjoy seeing dogs enjoy the season.

Gift and choice

This throw makes sense for a dog lover's birthday, a holiday hostess gift, or a secret Santa swap with a coworker who brings a pup to the office. Choose from the Fleece Throw Blanket, Sherpa Throw Blanket, Fleece Blanket or Sherpa Blanket, depending on whether you want a lighter layer for the couch or a thicker wrap for the chair. Save it for the first snowfall, the evening you put up the tree, or a quiet afternoon when the dog has already claimed the warm spot.
