Faith Hope Love Blanket with Hummingbirds and Orchids

Faith Hope Love Blanket shows the four words Faith, Hope, Love and Believe stacked in purple script, with two hummingbirds hovering beside them. The words are a short list of things to hold onto, and they read easily from across a room. This is a blanket for anyone who likes a gentle reminder in plain sight.

The design in detail

The lettering is the first thing you notice, set in a flowing purple script that runs from Faith at the top right down to Believe at the lower left. Faith and Hope sit on one diagonal, with Love and Believe offset below them, so the words move across the blanket rather than sitting in a flat row. The color is a deep violet that stands out cleanly against the pale background.

Two watercolor hummingbirds hover in the middle of the artwork, one with its long beak angled toward the word Love and the other beneath Hope. Their wings are spread in mid-beat, and their feathers blend from green into violet and rose. Beside them, a cluster of purple orchids climbs down the right side, with white blooms and soft green leaves.

The corners hold more orchids and leafy stems, while the bottom edge is lined with a row of blossoms and grasses. The background fades from lilac at the top to pale blue at the base, with small violet splatters scattered across it. The whole picture feels like a spring garden painted in soft watercolor, and the words sit calmly in the open space among the flowers.

When it gets used

People who keep a small inspirational reminder close at hand will notice the four words first, then follow the hummingbirds across the blanket. Many find the lettering easy to read at a glance, which suits a blanket kept on a chair where you see it every day. Anyone who loves hummingbirds or orchids will also see a familiar picture in the flowers and wings.

You might wrap yourself in it on a cool evening while reading, or drape it over the arm of a couch in a living room that already has purple accents. It also fits a bedroom or a reading nook, where the soft fade of color sits well beside the lamp. The words give you something quiet to look at while you rest.
