Frog and Lotus Blanket: Cute Frogs on Black

Frog and Lotus Blanket shows a dark night-pond scene filled with smiling green frogs, pink lotus blooms and gold sparkles. There is no lettering on the design, so the charm comes from the little scene itself. It feels like a peaceful pond after dusk, and anyone who loves frogs will feel this was made for them.

The print at a glance

Green frogs with round cheeks and bright eyes appear in several poses across the black background. One sits on a lily pad with eyes closed in contentment, another sits upright with a gentle smile, and one holds a small brown book as if settling in to read. A few frogs lift a hand in a wave, giving the scene a lively, friendly energy.

Pink lotus flowers rise between round green lily pads, and smaller leaves and stems fill the gaps. Tiny gold sparkles and pale blue droplets are scattered through the dark ground, which makes the whole pattern feel like a quiet evening at the water. The soft, rounded shapes give the artwork a kawaii look that is sweet without being loud.

Because the frogs repeat in different poses, your eye keeps finding a new little detail, like the book or the friendly wave. The black background lets the greens and pinks glow, so the scene reads clearly from across the room.
