What the design shows

A woven basket sits at the center, draped with a red gingham cloth and tagged with the handwritten phrase "Picnic Time." Surrounding this centerpiece are illustrated favorites like a sesame seed burger, a whole pepperoni pizza, and a golden croissant. Slices of watermelon and a bowl of mixed berries add fresh color to the composition, which rests on a background of pale yellow and white vertical stripes. Small daisies and hearts fill the empty spaces between the food items. This collection of illustrations represents the quintessential American picnic spread, blending hearty main dishes with sweet desserts and refreshing drinks.

Who it was made for

You will notice the detailed food illustrations immediately if you are a baker or grilling enthusiast. A Funny Picnic Blanket becomes a conversation piece when draped over a couch during a movie night about cooking. It suits the person who plans their weekend menu with care and cherishes the simple pleasure of a bowl of fruit. Gifting this to a friend who hosts outdoor parties acknowledges their love for hosting and good food.
