Midwife Nurse Appreciation Blanket

Midwife Nurse Appreciation Blanket shows the phrase "Awesome midwife at your cervix" alongside baby footprints and medical icons. The design uses humor to celebrate the specific skills of birth attendants. It is a cozy way for colleagues to acknowledge the hard work of labor and delivery staff, wrapping them in warmth after a long shift on the unit.

What the design shows

The artwork features a dense collage of white typography set against a solid purple background. Central to the composition is the large script text "Awesome midwife at your cervix," flanked by a stethoscope and a rainbow containing tiny footprints. Surrounding phrases include "Trust me I'm a midwife," "Baby Catcher," and "Yes I deliver," creating a visual map of the profession's identity. Small icons such as a uterus, a baby carriage, and heart rate monitors fill the negative space between the words. This style mimics a scrapbook of inside jokes and professional badges that only those in obstetrics would fully recognize.

Who it was made for

This Midwife Nurse Appreciation Blanket is designed specifically for professionals in labor and delivery who appreciate self-deprecating humor. It suits anyone who has spent hours supporting a patient through pushing and wants to feel validated by their peers. You might place this on a couch in a breakroom or wrap it around a colleague during a holiday exchange to say thank you for their dedication.
