National Parks Explorer Blanket for Trail Lovers

National Parks Explorer Blanket shows painted peaks, a still lake and a red sandstone arch, with the words NATIONAL PARKS EXPLORED printed across the top. Those lines speak to anyone who loves a long hike, and the call to go outside will feel familiar to a lot of people. It is a cozy way to carry that wanderlust into the living room, and it fits anyone who has ever planned a trip around a trailhead.

What is printed on it

The top of the design carries the words NATIONAL PARKS EXPLORED in bold brown capitals, and a smaller line reads NATIONAL PARKS are calling AND I MUST GO on the right. Adventure Awaits appears in flowing script near the bottom, while a vertical line reads A sanctuary for the soul along the left edge. Watercolor mountains rise above a glassy lake, pine trees frame a misty valley, and a red sandstone arch glows in the center. Small birds drift across the top corner, and a deer leaps beside the words. Together the scenes read like a travel journal pinned to a corkboard.

Made for these people

You will notice this one first if you already keep a list of parks to visit, or if your weekends involve maps, trail apps and a pair of worn boots. Park rangers, weekend backpackers and families on a summer road trip will recognize the scenery right away. The printed words give the blanket a voice, so it fits the friend who always has the next trip planned.

A gift idea that fits

This is a natural pick for a retirement gift for someone who spent years dreaming about the parks, or for a graduate heading out on a cross-country drive. Wrap it up for a birthday or an anniversary trip, and let it sit ready for the first chilly night back from the mountains. Choose from the Fleece Throw Blanket, Sherpa Throw Blanket, Fleece Blanket or Sherpa Blanket styles to match how you like to cozy up.
