Raccoon Hobbies Blanket: Twelve Little Raccoons, Twelve Pastimes

Raccoon Hobbies Blanket shows twelve little raccoons, each caught in the middle of a favorite pastime. You will find one cuddling a teddy bear, one strumming a guitar, one sipping a drink through a straw, and one painting with a brush and palette. The scenes are simple and sweet, and the joy of them comes from seeing each small character so completely absorbed in what they love.

What the design tells

Twelve raccoons sit in a neat grid across the cream background, each one in its own little scene. Some lean back against soft blue pillows, while others hold tools of their trade: a laptop on a low wooden table, a bowl of soup, or a tray of golden cookies wearing a pink apron. Tiny music notes drift above the guitar player, and a pair of raccoons share a hot drink under a starry night sky. The raccoons have round faces with dark masks, fluffy ringed tails, and soft gray fur, drawn in a bright, friendly cartoon style.

The scenes read as a catalog of everyday pleasures. One raccoon is an artist with a palette and paintbrushes in a jar, another wears a detective's hat and coat with a magnifying glass, and another waves a wand under the moon. A hammock hangs between two trees for a nap, and a bowl of popcorn sits in its box for movie night. Little stars, hearts and flowers fill the gaps, tying the twelve moments together into one playful picture.

People who will use it

Anyone who loves raccoons will notice the mask and ringed tail first, then start searching the grid for their favorite activity. Music lovers, bakers, artists, readers and cozy homebodies will each find a scene that feels personal. Because the raccoons are doing so many different things, the blanket works for a whole household with different interests.

You might drape this design over the couch during a movie night, pull it across your lap while you sketch or read, or spread it on a bed for a lazy weekend. It also fits a reading nook, a craft corner or a music room, where the guitar-playing and painting raccoons feel right at home. Wherever you use it, the scenes give you something to smile at while you settle in.

A small gift idea

This blanket makes a thoughtful gift for a birthday, a holiday or a housewarming, especially for someone who has a few hobbies they love to return to. Pair it with a new paintbrush set, a book, or a favorite snack for an easy, warm bundle. It also suits a friend who keeps a raccoon collection or someone who simply loves animals with a sense of humor.

You can give it in a Fleece Throw Blanket, a Sherpa Throw Blanket, a Fleece Blanket or a Sherpa Blanket, depending on the texture you prefer. Imagine the moment they unfold it and spot their own favorite raccoon in the grid, then start picking out the others. It is the kind of gift that invites them to linger over it.
