Squirrel Lover Blanket: Just a Girl Who Loves Squirrels

Squirrel Lover Blanket shows a fluffy squirrel clutching an acorn, with the words “Just a Girl Who Loves Squirrels” arching above it. The line is a playful nod to anyone who is happiest when a bushy tail darts across the park. It is made for the person who keeps a bird feeder stocked and has strong opinions about the neighborhood squirrels.

What the print says

The centerpiece is a watercolor squirrel with rust-colored fur and a big feathery tail, holding an acorn in both paws. Beside it sits a small woven basket spilling over with nuts and fall leaves, which keeps the scene grounded in the season. Around the central figure, smaller squirrels appear in a range of poses, some standing upright, some curled over a snack, and one wearing a striped red scarf.

The lettering is warm brown and rounded. “JUST A GIRL” curves over the top, “WHO LOVES” sits beneath it on either side of the squirrel, and the larger word “Squirrels” anchors the bottom in a bold script. Small red hearts, maple leaves, red-capped mushrooms, pinecones and sprigs of berries fill the gaps, so the whole print feels like a walk through an autumn woodland.

Who sees themselves in it

This design speaks first to someone who notices every squirrel on the fence and cheers when one trots past the kitchen window. You might recognize yourself in it if you keep a bird feeder stocked through winter or have a favorite squirrel you have nicknamed. Squirrel Lover Blanket is also made for the friend who always gets excited about wildlife on a hiking trail.

Picture the blanket draped over your legs on a chilly evening while you sip tea and watch the leaves fall outside. It fits a reading corner, a porch swing or the couch during a rainy afternoon. The autumn colors and cheerful squirrels turn an ordinary lazy day into something a little more charming.

Meant as a gift

This throw suits a birthday for the squirrel enthusiast in your life, a housewarming for someone who loves a backyard full of wildlife, or a cozy fall surprise for a friend who has been talking about the squirrels in her yard all season. The printed words make it easy to pick out without a long explanation.

It is available as a fleece throw, sherpa throw, fleece blanket or sherpa blanket, so you can match the feel to the recipient. Wrap it up with a bag of birdseed or a small acorn-themed treat for a thoughtful pairing that is sure to get a laugh.
