A closer look at the print

A large, anthropomorphic sun with wavy rays anchors the composition, its expression calm and watchful. Encircling this solar figure is a purple ring filled with golden zodiac glyphs, representing the twelve signs of the horoscope. Radiating outward from this celestial wheel are detailed sunflowers with textured petals and dark centers, nestled among curving green stems and ornate leafy flourishes. Small crescent moons peek out from the lower corners, creating a balance between day and night themes. The entire scene is framed by a border of repeating floral and scrollwork details in muted greens and oranges. This artwork merges the fascination with the stars with the simple joy of gardening, resulting in a cohesive piece that celebrates both the universe and the earth.
