Watercolor Roses and Butterflies Blanket: A Floral Art Print

Watercolor Roses and Butterflies Blanket displays large purple, pink, blue, and peach roses alongside colorful butterflies on a soft green wash. The watercolor style gives the flowers a painted, delicate look that feels like holding a garden in your hands. You will appreciate this design if you love botanical art and soft, natural tones. It is made for anyone who wants their cozy moments to feel like a walk through a blooming meadow.

What the design tells

A massive deep purple rose dominates the upper left corner, its petals rendered with visible brushstroke textures that suggest depth and volume. Below it, a smaller pink rose and a striking blue bloom anchor the bottom right, creating a balanced composition across the fabric. Five distinct butterflies interact with the flora, including an orange monarch-style butterfly near the top right and several violet and yellow specimens scattered throughout. The background is not a solid color but a textured wash of sage green and pale yellow, mimicking the way pigment bleeds into wet paper. This artwork belongs to the genre of romantic botanical illustration, celebrating the intricate beauty of garden life through an artistic lens rather than a photographic one.
