Wizard Cat Blanket: Cat on a T-Rex in a Galaxy

Wizard Cat Blanket shows a tabby cat in a blue wizard hat and robe, riding a tyrannosaurus across a sky full of magic. The cat holds a glowing wand toward a rainbow, and you can almost hear the spell it is casting.

Behind the design

The cat sits tall on the dinosaur's back, its ears pricked and its eyes fixed on the sparkling trail of light from its wand. The dinosaur's mouth is open in a roar, and its scaly legs stand firmly on a glowing magic circle. Beneath them, blue crystals glow like the floor of a hidden cave. Above, a rainbow arches past two spiral galaxies, and loose pages, a open spellbook and a rolled scroll drift through the clouds. A small winged dragon and a griffin-like creature add more life to the edges. Every element carries the same sense of wonder, so the whole scene reads as one story rather than a pile of symbols.

Who gets the joke

Cat owners will recognize the attitude at once: the cat looks calm and sure of itself, as if the dinosaur is simply its mount for the day. Dinosaur fans will enjoy seeing a classic predator turned into a magical steed. Fantasy readers will spot the spellbooks, runes and crystal circle that belong to a wizard's workshop. This is the blanket for someone who keeps a cat, loves prehistoric creatures and still reads at night with a flashlight. It is made for people who like their decor a little bit strange and a lot cheerful.

Gift and choice
