World's Best Dad Blanket for the Dad Who Has It All

World's Best Dad Blanket puts a gold trophy right in the middle of the throw, with WORLD'S BEST above it and DAD, THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND beneath. The line “THE LEGEND” closes the stack, and it tells a dad he is a figure worth remembering. Around that center sit a dozen tiles, each carrying its own line, so you can read the blanket the way you would read a wall of framed notes.

A closer look at the print

The gold trophy sits on a deep blue panel, with thin white rays fanning out behind it and small sparkles around its edges. Under the trophy, the words DAD and THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND are set in white with a pair of gold stars. Along the outer edge, a band of blue chevrons frames the whole piece. The tiles change color from one to the next, moving through royal blue, pale blue, gray and black, so the eye keeps moving. One tile shows a drill beside the words IF DAD CAN'T FIX IT, NO ONE CAN, and another shows two fists bumping above “I LOVE YOU Always and FOREVER.” Together the tiles read like a collection of dad jokes and heartfelt notes.

Who will love it

The first person to notice this throw is usually the dad himself, who reads the trophy and then starts hunting for his favorite tile. Kids and partners often spot the drill or the hero line first and point it out. This blanket is a fit for the dad who likes a handy joke, the dad who has been called a hero by his kids, and the grandfather who wants a reminder of how he is seen. You might keep it on the couch for a game night, bring it to a backyard fire, or lay it across his lap while he watches a movie.

Occasions and picks

Father's Day and his birthday are the obvious moments, but this throw also suits a retirement party, a new-home housewarming for the dad, or a simple thank-you on an ordinary Sunday. You can choose the Fleece Throw Blanket, the Sherpa Throw Blanket, the Fleece Blanket or the Sherpa Blanket, each in the printed colorway, so you can match his taste. Give it wrapped with a handwritten note, and let the tiles do the talking when he opens it.
