Girl Basketball Player Blanket: Just a Girl Who Loves Basketball

Girl Basketball Player Blanket shows “Just a Girl Who Loves Basketball” in bold white and orange type, and those words say exactly what a player hears on the court. The line turns a familiar comment into a point of pride, and anyone who has shot hoops knows the feeling right away. It is made for you if basketball is part of your life.

What the design shows

The layout is built around a tall orange silhouette of a player in the middle of a jump shot, with the ball raised above her head. A hoop sits small in the upper left corner, so the eye follows the shot from the net to the figure. The large white letters of GIRL stand out against the black background, and the orange shooter fits between the G and the I like a missing piece of the word. Below, WHO LOVES stacks in white while BASKETBALL runs across the bottom in orange, giving the piece a clear top and bottom. A basketball wrapped in orange flames sits to the right of the words, which adds energy and a sense of speed. Together the pieces read like a sports poster, bold and direct.

Who it was made for

Players, coaches and fans of women's and girls' basketball are the people who will notice this design first. The printed line speaks to a girl who has heard the doubt and kept playing anyway. You might see it on a team bench after practice, in a locker room or on a bedroom wall covered in trophies. The exact phrase Girl Basketball Player Blanket fits a player who wants her passion on display, and it suits a parent who cheers from the bleachers every weekend.

As a gift and every day

This blanket makes a strong choice for a birthday, a graduation from a high school team, or a thank you for a coach at the end of a season. It also works for a teammate who gets a small gift before a big tournament. At home, you can wrap yourself in it while you watch a game on television or scroll through highlight clips on the couch. The Girl Basketball Player design is available in fleece, sherpa, and blanket styles, so you can pick the texture that fits your routine.
